Does it pull or tangle my hair?
The 72 bristles are rounded at the tips, not pointed. Move it slowly and work in sections rather than dragging it through the length of your hair. Most people use it scalp to scalp, not as a brush.
Can I use it on wet hair or in the shower?

Does it work on curly, thick, or color-treated hair?
Yes. Part your hair into sections and rest the head against your scalp instead of combing through the length. Color-treated hair is fine, since nothing here is heated and nothing is chemical.
What serums can I use in it?
Anything liquid you already own. Scalp oils, tonics, rosemary oil, leave-in treatments. Thick creams and butters will not travel through the roller balls. Rinse the chamber when you switch products.
Is it safe to use every day?
It is a massage device, so daily use is fine for most people. We suggest 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week, which is where most people settle. If your scalp is irritated or broken, skip it and talk to a doctor.
How long does the battery last?
